At this time, we do not accept insurance. Having a self-pay practice enables us to provide the thorough care that we feel is appropriate without the interference of insurance companies. However, we DO accept FSA/HSA cards, and you may use those at checkout when purchasing programs, services and/or appointments.

Please give the office a call to learn more about our pricing options. We offer packages, subscriptions, and a la cart visits depending on your individual needs and health goals. We always offer payment plans as well and are happy to work with you to come up with a plan that works for your finances. 

We do NOT provide any Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), which includes IUI, IVF, Prescriptions or Surgical Procedures. We are a virtual clinic and only see patients online via telemedicine. We provide nutrition guidance, lifestyle evaluations, mind-body medicine, botanical medicine and we can order lab work for you. If you are interested in (or if we decide upon evaluation that it would be appropriate) working with a Medical Fertility Clinic, we are happy to support you.

Due to telemedicine laws, you must be located in the DC Metro area at the time of your telemedicine visit. However, your residency can be in any state. If you live no where near the DC Metro area and aren't interested in traveling there, we may have another solution for you. We also offer fertility health coaching through our clinic, which can be a virtual visit from anywhere in the world. The services that we are able provide worldwide are more restrictive due to licensing laws and we will not be able to diagnose or treat any conditions you may have.
